International Coastal Clean-Up (ICC) 2009

The National Planning Committee of Trinidad & Tobago invites you to join in our annual International Coastal Clean-Up (ICC) 2009.

A clean, healthy ocean is more resilient to the effects of climate change, pollution, over-fishing, and habitat destruction. Many of the products thrown into our seas are buoyant and can last for centuries, travelling for years throughout various water bodies, endangering ocean ecosystems and wildlife.

This September, the National Planning Committee is giving T&T the opportunity to help. Join us in our efforts as we remove debris and record data during our cleanup exercise of our beaches and waterways.
